# Offset Post & Reorder Layout?

 * I have two questions for you:
 * 1. Is there a way to offset the posts? I want to feature the most recent blog
   post in one location and then use The Post Grid to display the remaining blog
   posts. Other plugins have an offset option that I can set so that the most recent
   post doesn’t appear. Does your plugin have this option?
 * 2. My posts are displaying in what seems to be random order. Is there a way to
   have them ordered by date?
