Old WordPress blog broken

    It has been years since I last updated my WordPress blog. However, I am trying to work on it now for practice. It is a self-hosted site and that all seems to be working just fine. However, whenever I go to customize or adjust the theme I get a white screen with this message:

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/seo-blogger-to-wordpress-301-redirector/seo-blogger-to-wordpress.php:872) in /var/www/html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1219

    What can I do to fix this?
