On Hover Sub Menu Keeps Disappearing

Hi all,

When I have a subpages set up the theme creates a drop down list in the top menu, this does work absolutely fine apart from the vast majority of the time when I hover over the menu item and then try and navigate to the subpages within the dropdown the list often disappears before I get a chance to select anything. So basically what I am asking is if this can be made a little less sensitive?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
