    Where to start…

    The overall code quality is extremely low and does not adhere to WordPress coding standards. All Dokan functionality is separated from WooCommerce, there is no synergy. The front end code is even worse and UI/UX is dreadful. Vendors get stuck all the time, especially with payment related tasks.

    But worst of all is the support. It takes forever to get an answer and when they finally reply it is always some deflection or other non-helpful response.

    We looked at replacing it with another plugin but Dokan has put all data in custom tables so this means even more overhead for us. Total nightmare.
