Try setting “Allow double bookings” to No under Events > Settings > Bookings > General Options.

thanks but it’s not what i need… this option enable/disable multiple subscriptions for more events… i need a one time subscription for every event… An user can subscribes only 1 time.. :/
sorry I’m afraid that this is not possible at the moment without custom coding on your part;
eg. create custom conditional placeholder which checks if the user email already exists in the wp users table.
