You mean that when you disconnect the agent by setting him offline, the counter still shows him as online?
We’ll take a look. We haven’t been able to produce such a problem to be honest so we might ask for more info later.

We’ll check this as it seems like a possible issue with users with multi-site enabled. We need some time to check this as there is some other things to fix first.
Could you please install the latest version and give it a look? We’ve fixed plenty of minor issues. One of them may fix some of the issues you’re experiencing.
