 * Hello,
 * I have set up a Woocommerce store and I am looking to only deliver products to
   certain postcal codes(UK).
 * I will be delivering these products by hand so I only want certain postal codes
   to work and the rest to be blocked before the transaction can take place.
 * E.G. I want to include “ML4” but I don’t want “G8”
 * I hope this can be done as it is vital to my business model. Any help would be
   greatly appreciated.
