# Only custom fields

    I was wondering if there is any way to get rid of the default
   fields (i.e. Your Name, Your Email, Subject, Your Message) and only use the custom
   ones? Thank you!

 * Zendesk itself requires the Name and Email fields in order to create a ticket/
   request. However, you could work around this by pre-filling those fields and 
   hiding them with CSS.
 * Is there a particular reason you don’t want to include those fields? I might 
   be able to suggest a better solution, or include a new option in the plugin if
   it seems useful to people.

 * First off, thank you for your answer!
 * One of the reasons is that our form is in German, so we need German labels – 
   maybe there’s a different solution besides skipping particular fields for that?
 * Subject is not needed since the form is focused quite narrowly to one subject
   already. And the name isn’t required either since the form is more for a statistical
   purpose..

 * You can actually remove the Subject and Description fields by using the following
   shortcode attributes:
 * `[zendesk_request_form subject="no" description="no"]`
 * However, the Name field cannot be removed, as it is required by Zendesk to create
   the ticket.
 * Regarding the German text, if you’d like to send me the words I’ll be happy to
   setup a German translation for the plugin 🙂
