# Only shortcode appears

 * The sidebar form only shows the shortcode and not the checkbox. I used the form
   once, then it started showing like this.
 * [wpgdprc “By using this form you agree with the storage and handling of your 
   data by this website.”]
 * Any ideas? I was really hoping this would work.

 * To clarify, the checkbox showed up correctly the first time, but now it only 
   shows the shortcode.
