    I have 3 GF fields, mapped to 2 media library fields and a third pod field, on an extended Media type.

    Only the file gets saved in media library. The Title does not get saved – the default filename is used as per normal behavior.

    The third field is simple drop down list, which the GF dropdown gets its options from (by checking the option).

    Any idea what I’m doing wrong here?

    Are you mapping the title of the image you’ve uploaded with another field? Because the file fields in Gravity Forms only write the media to the image field. There’s no customization of the file field title, alt, description, etc. with Gravity Forms (at least not that I’ve noticed).

    I may be having a hard time getting a picture around what your form > fields are trying to do. This one might be easiest exporting your form from Gravity Forms and your Pods Structure (Pods Admin, Components, Migrate: Packages, Export) and adding those to a Bug Report at the below link:
