# ‘Ooops! It Appears JavaScript Didn’t Load

 * I am trying to install Google Analytics on [clearwayrealestate.com](http://clearwayrealestate.com/)
   but none of the plug-ins are working.
 * I reached out to WordPress support and they said to reach out to the developer.
   But the Google Analytics plugin didn’t work either. I think it’s a WordPress 
   issue.
 * I am getting this error:
 * ‘Ooops! It Appears JavaScript Didn’t Load
   There seems to be an issue running 
   JavaScript on your website, which MonsterInsights is crafted in to give you the
   best experience possible.
 * If you are using an ad blocker, please disable or whitelist the current page 
   to load MonsterInsights correctly.’

 * If you log into your website in an incognito/private browsing window of your 
   web browser, and attempt to access your reports that way, does the same issue
   occur?
 * If you’re able to view your reports without issue, then it’s likely there’s a
   browser extension preventing MonsterInsights from working as expected. Please
