 * Will wordpress ever become totally object oriented? I mean it is a great program
   and is very easy to use for the novice. But the lack of separation from markup
   and php code make’s it quite an adventure when you would like to change something.

 * Doubtful. It’s been moving that direction, slowly, but there’s too much legacy
   code for it to happen any time soon.
