Oops Error

    Hello,
    recently we get the Ooop Error while subsribing to the Newsletter. We didnt changed anything and it worked well(thank you) until the 2016-08-16 (maybe it got something to do with a version change). You’ll find the error log below.

    Hello @tsurom,

    To debug this can you please follow these steps:

    • Go to “MailChimp for WP” menu in your WordPress admin and click on the “Renew MailChimp Lists” button.
    • Go to your form and first delete all the code and then add the fields again.

    Please test after this and let us know if the issue is resolved.

    thanks for your help, unfortunally the error still occurs, allthough i followed your instructions.
    What else can i do?

    Hey Roman,

    I just tested the web page and was able to subscribe. I received this message “Danke, Ihre Anmeldung war erfolgreich! Bitte prüfen Sie Ihr E-Mail Konto für die Bestätigung.”.

    Can you please test yourself using a different email address then you previously used?

    now it works, it was maybe a cache problem
