 * I have updated to the latest version, and when I try to re-connect as required,
   I’m getting this error message on final step:
 * Oops, something went wrong.
    This may be because of a technical error that we’re
   working to get fixed. Try reloading this page.

 * Hey [@nimonogi](https://wordpress.org/support/users/nimonogi/) ,
 * Thank you very much for reaching out to us! Sorry to hear that our plugin is
   causing you this issue!
 * Our team is working with Facebook to further investigate and resolve this issue
   the soonest possible. We’ll make sure to reach out to you as soon as more information
   is available. In the meantime, I’d really appreciate if you can let me know if
   you’ve encountered any other errors relevant to the reconnection issue that you’re
   currently facing?
 * Looking forward to your response.
 * Best regards,
    Pit

 * Is there any update on this? I just updated the WooCommerce Plugin and now its
   asking me to reconnect Facebook but as Pit described I get a “Oops, something
   went wrong.” when i try to go through the steps on Facebook to connect. It happens
   on Step 3 when it tries to ask me to give permission of my Facebook & Info.

 * Hey [@vemarketing](https://wordpress.org/support/users/vemarketing/) ,
 * Thank you very much for your response and I’m really sorry to hear that our plugin
   isn’t working as expected on your end.
 * Our team and the Facebook team have been working together the past couple weeks
   as we help Facebook release a number of changes that should improve these issues.
   If even after updating to Facebook for WooCommerce v2.0.1 you aren’t able to
   connect, I’d recommend rolling back to the previous version [as described here](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/using-facebook-for-woocommerce-2-0/).
 * Would you please let me know if the issue seems to persist even after updating
   to the latest version if you haven’t already done so?
 * Looking forward to your response.
 * Best regards,
 * Pit

 * Hi, [@pitbozionelos](https://wordpress.org/support/users/pitbozionelos/),
 * I have the same problem as described in the first post of the topic – after update
   to the latest version of the plugin (v2.0.1) I am not able to re-connect and
   I’m getting this error message again and again:
 * Oops, something went wrong.
    This may be because of a technical error that we’re
   working to get fixed. Try reloading this page

 * Hey [@yordantotev](https://wordpress.org/support/users/yordantotev/)
 * Thank you very much for reaching out to us!
 * I’m afraid a number of merchants have reported connection issues like the one
   you’re experiencing – I’m so sorry about that! We are working closely with Facebook
   to identify and correct these issues in their connection process.
 * To assist with their troubleshooting, would you be willing to share the email
   address used for your Facebook account and your Business Manager ID? If so, could
   you please [contact us directly](https://www.skyverge.com/contact/) so we can
   exchange that information securely?
 * Cheers,
    Steve

 * I have the same problem… Allowing WooCommerce to manage my bussiness doesn’t
   resolve it…
