Either set the field to not be required, or include it in the form. * Go to Mailchimp for WP > Mailchimp and click the “Renew Mailchimp lists” button to make sure MC4WP is aware of the latest field settings. * Hope that helps. The “School Address” is a mandatory field in your MailChimp List so any submission would be rejected if this data is missing. I’m not receiving the email verification when my email has been added for a newsletter request. If there is no error in the log it means the subscriber is sent in correctly, from there it’s out of our hands and Mailchimp should send you the opt-in email( if so configured) or otherwise directly add the subscriber to the audience the form is setup for. * Hope that helps.
