 * After updating to the latest version I am now unable to load the settings page
or the dashboard for this plugin. It says Oops Something went wrong. I had also
received an email from WordPress about the fatal error. I have tried rolling
back to a previous version and it doesn’t help. I have also tried uninstalling
and reinstalling the plugin and it does not help either.

 * Hi [@gr8leo87](https://wordpress.org/support/users/gr8leo87/),
 * I can see how frustrating it is to run into a fatal error and then still get
the “Oops something went wrong” message even after rolling back and reinstalling,
I’ll help you work through this.
 * Since you received a fatal error email from WordPress, that’s a strong indicator
that something on the site is breaking the plugin load, most commonly a plugin
conflict, theme conflict, or server related issue.
 * To narrow this down, please try the following:
    1. **Run a plugin conflict test**: Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce
and Google for WooCommerce, then check if the settings page loads. If it works,
reactivate plugins one by one to identify the conflict.
       Guide: [https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/](https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/)
    2. **Switch to a default theme**: Temporarily switch to a default theme like Storefront
or Twenty Twenty Four and check again.
    3. **Check the fatal error log**: The email you received should contain details
of the error. If possible, share the exact error message via [https://pastebin.com](https://pastebin.com/)
or [https://gist.github.com](https://gist.github.com/) so we can take a closer
       look.
    4. **Enable debug logging (if needed)**: You can enable WordPress debugging to
       capture more details: [https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/debugging-in-wordpress/](https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/debugging-in-wordpress/)
 * Once you have the results from the conflict test or the error log, feel free
to share them here and I’ll help you pinpoint the cause.
