# “Oops something went wrong” error

 * I installed the plugin earlier today and it was working fine … until all of a
   sudden it wasn’t. I don’t recall changing any settings other than some css coding
   for formatting.
 * Checked error logs and there’s nothing there. The fields look correct and in 
   synch with Mailchimp. API log looks good.
 * Any ideas?

 * Hello,
 * Can you please go to the “MailChimp for WordPress > Others” menu and share with
   us any errors listed there? Please make sure to remove any sensitive material
   before sharing the error log.
