 * My problem is regarding all my homepages [https://effektivgesund.de](https://effektivgesund.de)
   and [http://gutscheinesichern.de](http://gutscheinesichern.de).
 * I have troubles with my host. I wanted to use a cache, but I can only use Disk
related Cache, which is making a lot of problems. I need to delete files from
my webspace, therefore I want to turn off the OPChache completely. I disabled
   and deinstalled already at [http://gutscheinesichern.de](http://gutscheinesichern.de.)
my plugin for the cache (W3 total cache) However, If I delete the opchace files,
they come back and block again my webspace. What settings do I need to change
in WordPress to solve this problem?
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fopcache-4%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Unfortunately, there are plugins that interfere a lot and leave things behind
even after uninstallation. WordPress cannot completely control this for you.
I can see from your website that W3TotalCache should no longer be installed.
How can you tell that the files you are concerned with come from this plugin?
Where are they located, do they have a unique name that indicates this?
 * By the way, there is also a general German support forum here: [https://de.wordpress.org/support/forums/](https://de.wordpress.org/support/forums/)
