# open URL is same window / shortcode

 * Hi
    How do i tell a link to open in the same window (in a shortcode command)?
 * I am using symple shortcodes but not sure if that matters
    it says set target
   as self or blank so i have tried target=”self” =”_self” =self and =_self
 * but it keeps opening in a new window
 * any help appreciated by a novice (to wp)

 * never mind. sorted… in this case it is button_target
