# open_proxy_check problem on awardspace

 * I have a wordpress website hosted by [http://www.awardspace.com](http://www.awardspace.com).
   They use a badwordlist that filters some keywords like eBay, Paypal, etc. Then
   I had a problem with the “option-discussion.php” on my wordpress dashboard. Looking
   into that page’s code I found the term “open_proxy_check” and now I know that
   this page was not displayed due to the “proxy” word, that is filtered by AwardSpace
   bots.
 * I want to know what this “open_proxy_check” is for and which functions does it
   have on my site.
 * can I modify the code of “options-discussion.php” page without interfere on my
   blog? how to?
