 * Hi there
 * We have been asked to a look at a website for a client.
    They have a tool on
   their site when they are seen as OPEN, a shortcode widget places text and a graphic
   at the top of the page. I cannot see where this is coming from. It must be via
   some HTML format, but is it through Events?
 * Can you perhaps give me an email address so I can send it to you privately to
   see it. For reference, this is the HTML it produces:
 *     ```
       <div class="uk-child-width-expand@m" uk-grid>    <div>
       <div class="uk-panel widget-text" id="widget-text-2">

           			<div class="uk-panel textwidget"><div id="closed-signal" class="uk-section uk-section-xsmall">
           <p>
               Sorry today is not a running day.. Check the timetable for more information.
           </p>

 * Hi [@simon_a6](https://wordpress.org/support/users/simon_a6/) ,
 * Thanks for reaching out to us.
 * Unfortunately, this is not any known HTML from our plugin or any of our shortcodes.
 * You can try doing a conflict test to see which plugin or theme is responsible
   for this.
