I don’t see a donation picture button.
All I found is
“CLICK HERE TO MAKE AN ON-LINE DONATION” which is direct URL and working fine.
Since it doesn’t have any javascript to run, should work on any condition.

Ok, it has been detected that the link is not working. But I don’t know what plugin is being used to generate it and how the links are handled. All I can say is, the link is improperly generated.
You can use direct link without a plugin currently being used. You can deactivate that if it’s used only for this. I have generated a code for you.
Just insert this code as a html text which will display properly with donation button.
