 * Hello, recently i have instaled wordfence plugin and everytime i hit refresh 
   buton in item tab, the plugin opens this page [https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/optimizing-the-firewall/](https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/optimizing-the-firewall/),
   what i can do to stop this? Using free license
