# Optimization does not work / Support doesn’t respond

 * Dear robin support team,
 * For several weeks we have been trying to contact you as a Premium user and paying
   customer via your support form ([https://cm-wp.com/premium-support/](https://cm-wp.com/premium-support/))
   and the support form via “Freemius”. So far we have not received an answer from
   you!
 * The image optimization of the premium server has not been working properly for
   weeks and we are asking for help. Please check your form.
 * If we do not receive a response within the next week, we will take steps to reclaim
   our money.

   any responses as I too am unsure if they have shut up shop and no one is supporting
   or is around.
 * Seems this evening the SERVER STATUS is showing as **DOWN **and starting to think
   that there is no one around?
