Optimize JavaScript Code causes white/blank screen on mobile, but not on desktop

    Hi,

    When I enable “Optimize JavaScript Code” and use mobile device:

    first time I load any page white/blank screen.
    second time I load/refresh the same page, it loads, but some pictures are missing
    third time I load/refresh the same page, it loads all as normal.

    This happens on mobile device only though, on desktop everything is great.

    I have been playing with all settings trying to get it work, but no luck.

    Could you suggest anything please?

    what happens if you disable “aggregate JavaScript”?

    If I disable aggregate JS – no change.

    I tried all Javascript options on/off and clearing cache everytime, but it seems the it has no change on mobile. First time it loads all blank/white until I refresh/reload.

    Just for your information, I am also using W3 Total Cache and AsyncJavascript.

    Hmm, I’m seeing jQuery errors, make sure both AsyncJS & AO leave jquery unoptimized!

    Also; disable any JS (and CSS) options in W3TC, risk of things breaking when 2 plugins are doing the same thing (optimizing JS/ CSS) is pretty high.

    In Async I have jQuery Method: on “exclude”

    in AO I have Exclude scripts from Autoptimize: wp-includes/js/dist/, wp-includes/js/tinymce/, js/jquery/jquery.js, maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js, wp-content/plugins/watupro/, jquery.js

    I have completely disabled minify option for JS/CSS/HTML in W3TC.

    The website loads great on both desktop and mobile right now. THANK YOU !

    I guess I have to play with W3TC minify settings now, or should I leave that disabled as there won’t be any performance benefits?

    Better leave those off, benefits would be small if any and the risk of conflicts would be big.
