# Optimized images pull problem

 * I have a problem for which I have not found the right solution.
 * Maybe I’m just making a stupid mistake.
 * In Quic.cloud I get the message on the dashboard:
    Failed to notify WP to pick
   up optimized images Unable to notify WordPress to pick up images. Check QUIC.
   cloud IPs are whitelisted at the firewall.
 * I absolutely don’t know how to do it, I don’t have security plugins like waf 
   or others installed
 * Another problem is that my admin is very slow and I do not know which setting
   it depends on

 * Just to be certain, does disabling Wordfence resolve the issue?
 * If it does resolve the issue can you please switch the Firewall into Learning
   Mode and let me know if it helps?

 * I dont haven’t any security plugins. i dont haven’t waf or other plugins

 * I understand now. Unfortunately, if Wordfence isn’t installed and contributing
   to the issue I’m afraid there isn’t much advice I can provide.
 * You might reach out to your host as they may have security rules in place that’s
   causing this.

   could be causing this except a security plugin.

   slow but good nice job!
