 * I was doing some work for a client and they informed me they wanted to have optional
   backgrounds to their browsers.
 * This is the site that gave them the idea. click on the left icons.

 * Does anyone know how this is being accomplished. Is it possible to replicate

 * Probably using a JavaScript or PHP stylesheet switcher of one type or another.
   Try googling on stylesheet switcher.
