options after delete?

I’m helping a friend with an issue.

She exported her WP to move her blog from one hosting acct to another. She thought it was fine and deleted WP on her old hosting acct. However big chunks of her old posts were missing she just discovered.

We tried simple stuff like using google cache and the wayback machine which worked for couple of days but now her old domain was bought by a reseller and their new robot.txt file removed the access by either of those.

She still has access to the old hosting account but there is no WP install there. I know the posts are in a mySQL db. In general, would be db still be there or was it wiped there? Is there a way to access that info?
