# Order cannot be completed

 * In these 2 orders, the customer purchase same course with same payment method,
   while #12001 check out with more products.
 * Why does #12001 cannot change to complete status automatically? It causes the
   customer cannot enter the lesson after payment. (I think you may found the status
   was updated, since we changed the status “complete” as the customer want to access
   the lesson.)

 * Can you clarify what status each order is in? Additionally, can you tell me if
   all products that were purchased on both orders are marked as virtual and downloadable?
 * Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via
   WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.
   Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
