Order confirmation before payment

    Hello there,

    is it possible to have the order confirmation be sent after a payment is actually done?

    Reason: sometimes customers decide to cancel the payment process via PayPal and go back to use a different option. The confirmation will still be sent just for having visited PayPal.

    How can we optimize this? Grateful for any help.

    Hello @vonwegen

    in that case, you may ask at the WooCommerce forum because this can’t be managed by our plugin. But I also think there are plugins on the market that can do this.
