Hello @cocoa55,
There are a number of reasons emails are not being received when they’re sent from your site.
I’d suggest checking if the emails are actually being sent (and not received), or if they are not being sent to begin with. You can find a quick guide for that, using a plugin called WP Mail Logging, right here:

If WP Mail Logging shows the email being sent, but it’s not received, that means the issue is not with WordPress/WooCommerce, and it could be with the SMTP provider, your web host, or on the receiver’s end. The best suggestion we can give in this case is to troubleshoot email sending with the web host or use a dedicated SMTP provider/plugin.
If WP Mail Logging shows the email as not being sent, you will see an error message as well, which could point you in the right direction and give you some information about what might be wrong.
