 * Im just wondering if this plugin would be ok to use without a carrier- what i
   mean is that i need to be able to see the item shipped date on an order.
 * Does this plugin only work with carriers ?
 * and also could i tick several orders at once and the shipping date would be automatically
   added?

 * hi HypnosisDerby,
    the plugin keeps track of both the shipping date that code
   and carrier, of course you may also set a generic name that does not correspond
   to an actual carrier in the settings of the plugin. As for the setting of multiple
   shipping dates, it is a feature not provided in the current version that we may
   consider in the future.
