Order details missing

    Has it ever happened to anyone that the detail of the orders (items) does not appear anymore?

    The error says “Order saving error. Element template_type not exists!”

    Any ideas with this? Thanks!

    PS: I upgraded to version 4.0.1 and this happened. Then I restored to version 4.9.2, but the problem remains.

    I have the same issue! upgraded to 4.0.1 and now I can´t see the items bought in my orders, tried going back on versions and still de error persist

    Hi,

    This error seems to be in regards to Elementor. Could you temporarily deactivate Elementor to see if the issue resolves? If so, please contact Elementor’s support team.
