Order Entry/ Login Plugin for Woo

I have wholesale customers that my admin places orders for on our stores. I am looking for a plugin that makes it easy for her to switch users. Currently, she has to login as the user, place their order, log out and then login as a new user. I am trying to simplify the process as much as possible.

Our prior x-cart store allowed to go to the user accounts and then “act as” the user to place orders from inside the admin login…make sense?

I tried to search the plugin library, but nothing showed as a solution.
