# Order errors

   With some orders, an error occurs or the order is not continued at all. Logs
   are not always available. Some customers have this problem, others don’t. If 
   I order myself as a guest in incognito, it works, so I can’t copy the mistake
   myself

 * Anytime there is a failed API request to the PayPal API, there will be an entry
   added to the `wc-ppcp` log file. Can you check to see if that log file exists
   and what its contents are? That should have helpful information about why that
   request is failing.
 * If you don’t see that file, make sure you have logging enabled via the API Settings
   page of the PayPal plugin.
