# Order exporting problem

 * Hi there.
 * I can export products, categories, etc. but when I try to export orders, I get
   this message:
 * This webpage is not found
    No webpage was found for the web address: [http://www.pompommag.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=woo_ce&tab=export](http://www.pompommag.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=woo_ce&tab=export)
   Error 6 (net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND): The file or directory could not be found.
 * Any ideas?

    Are you using the free plugin or the paid Pro upgrade?
 * If the Pro paid upgrade, you should visit [http://www.visser.com.au/forums/platforms/woocommerce/](http://www.visser.com.au/forums/platforms/woocommerce/)
   for support.
 * If you are using the free plugin, note that its description says that you must
   upgrade to Pro to export Orders.
