# Order missing

 * Hello.
 * I am facing a problem and would kindly ask you for your advice.
    The customer
   made successful payment in the online store created on Woocommerce and received
   a confirmation of a successful order. However, she did not receive this confirmation
   by email (only the page “successful order” was displayed). This order was never
   recorded by Woocommerce. Looking at the server it looks like some orders have
   been deleted (we did not do this). We assume that it is about this and a few 
   other similar events. Has anyone faced a similar problem and if so, how did you
   resolve it? Thank you very much for the advice.
