If this breaks your site in anyway it just means you’re using a **shitty theme**( excuse my language) or you’re using **(old) bad coded plugins**. Kudos to the MailChimp team for maintaining this plugin and making sure we have a 360 view on our eCommerce. * Anyhoo, I just noticed when I get new orders that they are not immediately syncing the eCommerce data. Is there a delay? The order was completed 12 hours ago from the time I discovered the issue. However, the plugin did sync the email, first and last name. * I’ll try to include as much information as I can: * _I have debug logs turned on, but there’s only a log available from the time last time I synced (Last Updated time below)_. To address your initial question, is this the behavior you’re seeing for virtual/downloadable products only? Or are you also seeing it with transactions for physical products? If it’s downloadable products, you’re correct; there is an open issue for those in GitHub which should be addressed in a future release.
