Order Number: “-” gets removed

    Hello!
    We use order-numbers with a prefix like L-0001180.
    Unfortunately at Paypal, the “-” gets removed and the order numbers are listed like L0001180.
    This brings us into trouble with out bookkeeping tool (Sevdesk) that can not connect the bill & the payment because there is no common identifyer.

    I guess the Paypal Plus plugin removes the – for some reasond?
    Is there a way to prevent this?

    Hello @stephansperling

    normally our plugin does not remove anything. Can you send an email to [email protected] with the PayPal Plus log files? You can find a link to it in the plugin settings.

    wie ich gesehen haben benutzt du ein Plugin zur Anzeige von PayPal Plus von einen anderem herstelle. Du solltest dich diesbzgl. bitte an diesen wenden, da wir dir hier leider nicht weiterhelfen können.
