# Order number wrong

 * Hi,
 * We are getting wrong order numbers. In the email the order number is different
   while the order number in Woocommerce dashboard is different. Please see the 
   screenshot below:

 * However in woocommerce dashboard it is #9362

 * We are using your Order status manager pro as well.

 * The plugin will generate a new sequential order number in its own database column
   to avoid disrupting any plugins which don’t support our plugin, as well as along
   you to activate and deactivate our plugin without causing an issue to the orders
   afterward – the order ID always remains intact.
 * I mention this, as it _could_ be the case that the email is using the order ID
   and WooCommerce will be set to use the order number by our plugin. Although this
   usually results in a higher-order ID and lower order number, because we make 
   sure the order number is sequential whereas the order ID can jump. In this case,
   the email seems to be the lower of the numbers, with the WooCommerce dashboard
   showing 9362.
 * To look into this further, we’d need to see what template was used for the email,
   and where it is getting the order ID/number from. You mentioned that you are 
   using Order Status Manager too, is this a custom email using that plugin? Or 
   is this the default WooCommerce new order email?
