    Hi,

    If a Swish order is refunded, the amount is indeed refunded to the customer, but we end up with the status of the order being set to “Processing”. Is this correct/ by design?

    Hi,

    The correct behaviour is that the order is set to refunded. I would guess that some other plugin is interfering with the status setting.

    Could you please check for logs in WooCommerce->Status->Logs and send them to [email protected] and I will help to sort it out.
