Order total calculation issue

I am using “WooCommerce Discounts Per Payment Method” to have different discounts depending on payment method. I contacted them about this error and they gave the following answer:

“So this plugin just calculates the total discount and sends back pro WooCommerce.
The WooCommerce doing other calculations.
Thus it is not this plugin that is generating this error in the calculation.”

Below is the error I am experiencing:

Product Total
Cart Subtotal $65.00
Shipping Free
Sales Tax $4.10
Order Discount -$2.07
Order Total $67.02

As you can tell the order total should be 67.03, depending on how it is all rounded.

I am using Dwolla as payment and it refuses to accept the payment since the order total is not correct.

Please advise.
