 * When one of my clients makes a purchase, I go to Learnpress > Orders and in the
   list of orders where the purchased item should show me, sometimes it is “without
   item” and when I approve the order the customer does not unlock the course that
   buy, I have to manually add the course to that client and it’s very tedious.
