 * If you try to move any of the others, do they work and keep their new place? 
   Or just this one does not work?
 * If it’s just this one, can you check the browser’s console when you move it to
   see if there are errors in the console?

 * It’s only this one user “Ryan P. Cook” that won’t go after Rebecca. I see this
   in fire fox dev console after I move the user then click Apply
 * This page uses the non standard property “zoom”. Consider using calc() in the
   relevant property values, or using “transform” along with “transform-origin: 
   0 0”.
 * I don’t see the same error in Chrome but the issue remains in either browser

 * It is not working on it. it gets dragged but when refreshed posts return to their
   order—any help? The owner of the theme is using some ascending/descending function…

 * It might be an issue caused by a plugin or your theme.
   I recommend installing
   this plugin: [https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)
   After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode
   which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled,
   and a default theme is used, but** only for your user** – your visitors will 
   still see the normal website.
 * Go to its troubleshoot mode and** only activate SCPO **and see if it works correctly
   with a **default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty-One for example) and no other
   plugins**.
