# Orders Manually

 * Hello,
 * I want to create woocommerce orders manually and send them to the customer via
   email for payment. Now, we will have several administrators creating these orders
   in the backend. How can I link each order with each administrator user and know
   who created that order? filter them in the month to know how many orders a specific
   user made.. Thanks

 * You can create orders manually and the customer can pay through the payment link

 * However, to find out which administrator created the order and filter out how
   many orders a specific user made – these features are not inbuilt into WooCommerce
   and will need to be custom made (which is beyond the scope of this forum).
