    Dear Support,

    Right now i have the plug-in installed, but the emails not yet activated. Orders that are made successfully are currently received as Abandoned. Cut-off time is 15 min, and it applies to all orders. How can i fix that?

    Hi @nightliner,

    I apologize for the delay in response.

    What I understood from your reply is the customer has placed an order but our Abandoned Cart Lite plugin still considering the cart as Abandoned. Can you please let us know this issue is coming for the logged-in user or for a guest user?

    It would be great if you can share the Screenshot of Abandoned Orders tab and WooCommerce Orders page? We will need to find out the cause of an issue.

    Also, if you are aware of the case in which this issue occurred on your site then can you please let us know what are the exact steps to replicate this issue? So that will help us to replicate the issue and fix it.
