Hi, just installed this plugin for the first time today. It has synched products and coupons but orders is zero. Is there a reason for this? There’s a few thousand to choose from!

    Thanks

    Dan

I think this is because all of the Woo customers are set as ‘non-subscribed contacts’, so if there is no ‘subscribed’ audience then it isn’t going to pull in orders -is that correct?

Hi @dankuwp, thanks for reaching out. If you don’t have any subscribers in your store, the order history would not be visible under your customers in Mailchimp. The customers would be displayed as Transactional, which would make them eligible for transactional Automations like abandoned carts and order updates. You do have the option to sync customers as Subscribed during the initial sync.

Can you confirm you’re seeing customers synced over at least? We wanted to make sure that something didn’t go awry with the initial sync.

Thanks, my understanding was at fault.
