# Orders not syncing

 * Hi,
 * Tried 3 times now.
 * Everything fine but no orders are being synced.
 * I have php7 and mysql 5.6 so not sure why.
 * I have tried a test order but that is not being picked up in my mailchimp account.
 * Although i have a free account at the moment, i cannot see me upgrading to a 
   paid account if i cannot get this working.

 * Thanks so much for reaching out here. You mentioned php 7 and mysql 5.6 and those
   for sure met the system requirements.
 * Just to confirm here, you also mentioned that you have the latest version of 
   WooCommerce and MailChimp for WooCommerce. Was the WooCommerce updated since 
   posting the system status page here? I’m seeing “3.1.2 – 3.2.0 is available” 
   for the WooCommerce plugin.
 * If the WooCommerce plugin was updated and you still aren’t seeing orders come
   over, the next steps will be troubleshooting for possible plugin or theme conflicts.
   To troubleshoot plugins, this would be done by deactivating all plugins except
   for WooCommerce, deleting the MailChimp for WooCommerce plugin, followed by reinstalling
   the MailChimp for WooCommerce plugin while the other plugins remain deactivated.
   To troubleshoot the theme, the theme can be changed to “Twenty Seventeen” followed
   by the MailChimp for WooCommerce being deactivated, deleted, and then reinstalled
   again.
 * If the site is live and edits such as these could hinder functionality of the
   live site, we strongly recommend testing these steps in a staging environment.

 * Thanks for the reply.
 * I haven’t updated woocommerce to the very latest update yet as i need to do it
   with my Flatsome theme at the same time, and, as loads of other Mailchimp users
   are, i assume, having no problems with the 3.1.2 woocommerce version and before,
   i assumed that the lack of the update would not be the cause.
 * More likely to be a plugin conflict and if so, i need all the plugins, so not
   sure how to go on from there.
 * I do need to copy the site for a testing site and will keep you updated if i 
   find the cause of the problem.

 * Hi Opal,
 * Still a problem.
 * Set up a staging site, reduced products to 21 (to save time).
 * Changed theme to 2017
 * Removed all orders and added 1 simple order.
 * Removed all plugins except woocommerce 3.2.1
 * Deactivated and reactivated mailchimp for woocommerce.
 * Add the API key and went through the sync process again.
 * Products were imported but the one order wasn’t.
 * Just to recap, mailchimp does not see anyone ordering, even after i did the sync(
   i added an order and abandoned the cart, but MC didn’t pick that up), and the
   popup does not work now, although i have allowed popups.
 * I really would love to have this working so that i can market and remarket with
   all my customers, so any help would be great

 * It looks like we’ve narrowed down all of the troubleshooting steps here. This
   issue might be something we’ll want to pass along to our team and have developers
   investigate.
 * Can you set the “logs” tool to “debug” in the settings of the MailChimp for WooCommerce
   plugin, then let it attempt to sync for a few hours? Are you seeing anything 
   there in the logs after doing that?

 * Hi Opal,
 * I thought i had set debug, but i was uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin
   so many times, i forgot the last time to set it.
 * I have changed it to debug now, but the logs showed the following and i can’t
   resync as there is no resync button, which i think is because the process never
   ended fully, as the last bit of the logs below will show.
 * This is the last bit of the logs and it definitely seems that the process does
   not finish.

 * Appreciate you getting back to us with those logs! We’ve went ahead and sent 
   all the information over to developers to further investigate. Unfortunately 
   we don’t have an estimated turn around time as to when this issue will be resolved
   but we have made developers aware of what some users are currently experiencing.
   Please keep an eye out for plugin updates since most often bug fixes are pushed
   in the form of plugin updates.
