    I am logged in with an administrator profile. When the orders tab (all) I see it empty, instead if I move to the other tabs (eg processing) I see orders but I see the password protected item?

    From what I understand, you’re experiencing an issue where the ‘All’ tab under ‘Orders’ is showing up as empty, while other tabs like ‘Processing’ are displaying orders. Additionally, you mentioned seeing a password-protected item.

    There’s a similar issue that someone reported 👉 right here, where they couldn’t see their orders.

    If you’re using Sucuri, could you please try deactivating it to see if that resolves the issue? If it doesn’t, we’d greatly appreciate it if you could share your System Status Report with us. This report provides a detailed snapshot of your site’s configuration and status, which will help us identify the root cause of the problem.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

    Once you have this report, feel free to paste it directly into your reply, or use https://pastebin.com to paste and share it with us. This information will help us understand the issue better and provide a more precise solution.

    Thanks for sharing your SSR – nothing out of the ordinary seems to be standing out there.

    Can you please share clear screenshots of what you are seeing on your end when navigating to the Orders page.

    If you do not already have a screenshot tool installed, Snipboard.io can be used for easily sharing screenshots. Please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

    Also, please can you check the browser console for any errors that may be displayed when on the Orders page and share your findings with us here.

    You can read more about using your browser console to identify errors here.

    Lastly, kindly navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Logs and share a copy of any fatal errors that may be logged there.

    Once you have this, please share the results with us here.
