 * I’ve got everything set up for CDN with Amazon S3 and Cloudfront. However, the
   plugin just has the name of my site next to the Origin (under CDN). How do I 
   get it to pick up the CloudFront distribution that I’ve already set up that is
   connected to my S3 bucket? Many thanks.
